By submitting your item for sale, you are
committed to the terms and conditions indicated as they regard to
our commissions. In the event that you elect to stop an auction
already in progress, you will be subject to pay all listing fees and
end of auction fees charged by ebay, plus 25% surcharge.
You acknowledge that the item that you have
dropped for auction either belongs to you, or you are authorized to
release the item for sale. You acknowledge that the item is not
stolen property, or being the property of another individual whom
has not expressly authorized said auction.
You must provide your name, phone number,
address, and e-mail address (if available) for communication and
payment purposes.
You acknowledge that in the event that it
becomes apparent or reasonably questionable that the item(s) that
have been provided by you for sale are stolen property, that the
Local Authorities will be contacted to determine the ownership of
the item(s), and that any auction that is in progress will cease.
Items will be held in limbo awaiting disposition by the Local
Authorities.
Items that do not sell must be picked up within
15 days of the end of auction, or they will be forfeited to Goodwill
or Charity.
